of VIPAVA WINE ROAD 2016 Intense aroma and »boque« of muskat are in perfect harmony. You will find lemon, grapefruit and citrus flavours that will boost your senses.
Vinification: Due to intense aroma in grapes no maceration is needed. Grapes are pressed two hours after being picked. Controlled fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tank. After eight months the wine is bottled.

ChardonnayChardonnay 2017
Wine region VIPAVA VALLEY Quality wine PSR Dry I 13,0 % vol. Contains sulfide I Manually harvested I 0,75 L Elegant wine which reflects the terroir. It grows in submediterranean climate with continental influence coming from Nanos mountain range. Thus, the aroma is a mix of green plum, fig and melon. Acid is barely noticeable because of Mediterranean influence.
Vinification: Grapes are picked when fully matured, and then pressed. The must is cleaned with flotation process and then put in stainless steel tanks for fermentation and aging. After eight months, the wine is bottled.

SauvignonSauvignon 2018
Wine region VIPAVA VALLEY Quality wine PSR Dry I 13,0 % vol. Contains sulfide I Manually harvested I 0,75 L Sauvignon is best described as crisp, elegant, and wine with a hint of pepper flavours. Due to warm climate it has developed more passion fruit note mixed with herbal flavours.
Vinification: The grapes are pressed one hour after being picked by hand. Fermentation is held in stainless steel containers under controlled temperature of 15-18 degrees Celsius. The wine is held in stainless steel tanks for eight months before being bottled.

ZelenZelen 2018

Autochthonous white wine, found only in upper Vipava valley. It is a light wine with lower alcohol level. Its unique but intense aroma is often hard to describe.
Vinification: After picked, the berries are removed from grape stalk and then pressed. The juice is cleaned with nitrogen and then put in stainless steel tanks for further fermentation and aging. The wine is bottled after nine months.

Wine region VIPAVA VALLEY Quality wine PSR Dry I 12,0 % vol. Contains sulfide I Manually harvested I 0,75 L Autochthonous white wine from Vipava valley. It is fresh and full of taste. Its aroma is mixed between fruits and owers. It is often called as the wine of the future, because it has been overlooked, but now again discovered by wine lovers.
Vinifcation: After being picked by hand, the grapes are macerated for 10 hours, and then pressed. The aging and fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks for eight months and then the wine is bottled.
